AUDACY ANNOUNCES LAUNCH OF “THE BAILEY SHOW” ON 98 ROCK IN SACRAMENTO
SACRAMENTO, CA – March 9, 2023 – Audacy has announced a new afternoon show on 98 Rock (KRXQ-FM) in Sacramento. “The Bailey Show” (The BS), starring Jason Bailey alongside co-host NickyD and executive producer Josh Nelson, will air weekdays from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. PT beginning March 13.
“‘The Bailey Show’ is full of real conversations, compelling guests and fun content, and we’re excited to introduce Jason, NickyD and Nelson to our 98 Rock audience,” said Stacey Kauffman, Regional President, Audacy Sacramento. “We trust this trio will quickly become a daily habit for listeners’ weekdays.”

Bailey is a radio veteran having been in the business since 1995 covering numerous formats including top 40, rock, hot talk and sports. With successful shows in Orlando, Sirius XM, Tampa and Atlanta, Bailey launched a successful podcast version of “The Bailey Show.”
NickyD has been in radio since 2015. She got her start as an intern under Bailey at the rock station (WNNX) in Atlanta where she was later promoted to assistant producer. In February 2022, she started her own podcast on THE BS Network, “Not Your Typical Tea” before joining forces with “The Bailey Show Podcast.”
Nelson has more than 16 years on air in just about every format, from rock and alternative to most recently a ten-year stint in country.
